In the early 1980s, Rick Battershell organized his first seminar for churches and ministers.  This yearly ministry rapidly expanded when Battershell & Co. was established in 1992.  We are dedicated to providing quality tax and accounting services to Christian ministries.   Currently, the firm spends approximately 80% of its time serving churches, ministries, and pastors.
